Danice ships to all 50 United States addresses. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

All orders will be processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is received. Packages that are processed will be picked up by shipping carriers (FedEx, US Postal Service) and may take up to 8 days to deliver depending on your shipping preference and shipping location. Delays may be experienced during holidays, holiday weekends, or times of inclement weather.

Please, be careful when inputting your delivery address. All incorrect addresses or undeliverable packages may result in a delay of delivery time. Unclaimed/undeliverable packages returned back to us will result to cancelling the order and the $6.95 restocking fee will be charged for orders under $49.99 and $16.95 for orders $50 and up..

Large orders over $100 may require additional processing time.

Orders over $200 and/or shipped to other than billing address are subjects to CC Verification. Please, email us at customerservice@danicestores.com to obtain the CC Verification Form and instructions.

Out of Stock

Occasionally we run out of stock on some of our product. We do our best to keep the website updated with a notice of items that are not available. If you buy an item that is not available, then we will inform you via email or phone. At that time, we will ask you to select a different item of comparable retail value. If we do not receive a response from you within 2-3 days, we will cancel the order or refund for the out of stock items.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been processed and shipped, an email containing the tracking number will be sent to your registered email. If you do not receive the shipping confirmation email within 1 to 5 business days from your order date, go to the My Account page and click on Orders to get the tracking number for your order or email us at orders@danicestores.com.
